MARCH 2026 NEWSLETTER

FOOTHILLS NATURAL GAS CO-OP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026


As part of our gas co-operative’s ongoing cost-saving measures to sustain low utility rates for our membership, Foothills Natural Gas Co-op will be holding our Annual General Meeting through a Zoom virtual platform. 


Meeting Details:

  • Date: March 25th, 2026

  • Time: 7:00 pm

  • Pre-registration is required to participate in the virtual meeting


Primary Purpose of meeting:

  • Review and approval of the 2025 audited financial statement

  • Appointment of auditor

  • Appointment of directors


Any member’s wishing to participate in our 2026 Annual General Meeting can pre-register through our office with an email address required for an invitation to the Zoom virtual meeting. Pre-registration will be open until the end of business hours on Friday, March 20th, 2026. Once members have pre-registered, Foothills will email out an Annual General Meeting information package and a Zoom meeting invitation to join the March 25th, 2026 meeting @ 7:00pm.


Foothills Gas will be conducting a draw at the end of the meeting for two (2) $500 donations to any qualified charity of the members’ choice so participation by members will automatically secure your membership participation in this charity draw. Foothills retains the right to approve the charity chosen by the member for a donation. A summary of the approved audited financial statement will be included in an upcoming monthly billing statement for review by members unable to attend.

VOYENT ALERT NOTIFICATION SERVICE


Foothills Natural Gas Co-op is pleased to announce that your co-operative has chosen the Voyent Alert Notification Service to keep our membership informed in the event of a gas service emergency or outage, as well as for routine notifications related to annual leak detection surveys, annual utility right-of-way surveys, required property meter change-outs and other routine compliance activities that impact the safe and secure natural gas service to your property.

 

Members will receive important notifications via your preferred method of communication such as voice call, text message or email service.
