AUTOMATICALLY SET UP FOR THE CUSTOMER PORTAL, YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL AND REQUEST ACCESS TO THIS NEW PORTAL***


The Gas Billing Customer Portal is NOW live! The Customer Portal gives you 24/7 access to your bills and account details anytime, anywhere.

 

Why you will like it:

  • View your current and past bills anytime

  • Download invoices instantly

  • Send us requests or questions via the Contact button

  • View your payments the same day we enter them

  • Make sure we have the correct contact information for you

  • Reduce paper or email clutter

 

Sign up today:

Simply email us at info@foothillsgas.ca  or call us at 403-556-3007 with your account number and advise us that “I would like to sign up for the new customer portal”.

 

Once we enable your account you will receive two emails:


  1. From gasbilling@customdatacentre.com with a link to the new Customer Portal


  2. From noreply@customdatacentre.com with your temporary password to access the portal


  3. Follow the instructions provided on the April 2026 bill stuffer
